Connect is a B2B platform for diamond jewelry that supports a vast retailer network. Espyus worked to research the userbase of Connect and the nuances of wholesale jewelry buyers journey. there is generally a high touch customer experience between account representatives and retail buyers. The goal with Connect is moving more of the business from phone conversations and manual sales order entry to online sales. Espyus was tasked with UI/UX design and engineering to enhance the customer checkout flow.
