Submissions are stored using Supabase and delivered to us by email using Resend. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Newsletter

If you choose to subscribe, we use your email address to send Espyus news, insights and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our marketing emails.

Use of Your Information

Website Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website and to measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing.

Information collected may include pages visited, referral sources and campaign information, browser and device information, and approximate location.

We do not send names, email addresses, company names or message contents from our contact form to Google Analytics. Analytics cookies are enabled only after you consent. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance. It does not use cookies or other identifiers and does not identify individual visitors, so it runs regardless of your cookie choices.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected.

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and to manage any working relationship that follows.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookies and browser storage: for the periods listed under Tracking Technologies.

We may keep some information for longer where the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

International Transfers

Espyus is based in the United States, and our service providers operate there and in other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
